ORDERING INFORMATION
Major credit cards are accepted; Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express
Sales tax is charged when applicable.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Nailtiques offers free standard shipping for domestic retail orders totaling $100.00 or more (excluding taxes).
There is a $5.00 flat rate shipping charge for domestic orders under $100.00.
DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES
Returns are accepted only in the event of product damage in shipping or manufacturer’s defect. Request that the carrier document the damage. Keep the original packaging and product. Contact customer service for return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Inspect shipments immediately. Report damages and/or shortages via email to orders@nailtiques.com within 24 hours.
In the event merchandise is damaged, insist that visible damages be noted by the carrier. Retain the original invoice, damaged products and the original carton. An inspection report from the carrier may be required to file a claim.
If the package is severely damaged, require that the carrier return the merchandise to Nailtiques. Upon verification, a replacement or credit will be issued.
DOT restrictions on air shipping
Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transport. However, the US Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of certain items. Restricted items ship via ground transport.

WHOLESALE
NEW ACCOUNTS
All wholesale orders are processed directly through NAILTIQUES.
Prior to placing an initial order, the following is required:
- Completed Application
- Signed Purchasing Agreement
- Sales Tax Certificate (Florida businesses only)

Once an order is placed, it is the responsibility of the establishment placing the order to accept that order.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is required when the order is placed.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders weighing less than 200 pounds are shipped via standard ground service unless otherwise specified.
Orders weighing more than 200 pounds are shipped via a freight carrier.
Shipping charges are calculated by weight, method of shipment and destination.
